VinScroll is operated by VINMO AI LLC, doing business as VinScroll ("we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect through vinscroll.com and how we use it.

Information you give us. When you join our waiting list, we collect your name, company, email address, and phone number.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes standard server logs (including IP addresses) to serve and secure the site. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.
How we use your information
- To contact you about the waiting list and VinScroll's services — that's why you gave us your details.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
How we share it
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site — Cloudflare (hosting and email delivery) and Google (analytics and fonts) — and only as needed to provide those services, or if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep waiting-list submissions for as long as we need them to contact you about VinScroll. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Email us at access@ellermedia.com to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in new tab).
Children
This site is for car dealers and marketers, not children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the update here with a new effective date.
