Your buyers are scrolling.
Your cars are invisible.
Late last year Meta changed how it picks which ads to show. Most stores changed nothing. In 20 minutes we'll show what that means for a lot full of VINs, open a real dealer's ad account on screen, and put one dealer on the call on VinScroll for 90 days, paid.
One VIN, one ad. This is what a car looks like when it shows up in a feed.

5 Key Learnings
ONE Winner - Free VinScroll Subscription
Wednesday over lunch, so it fits between the morning save-a-deal meeting and the afternoon desk. We end on time.
- 01
Where your buyer actually is
Not on a listing site. On a phone, thumbing through Reels, Stories, and Marketplace. At our pilot store, 97 out of 100 ad sessions came from a phone.
- 02
What Meta's Andromeda change did to inventory ads
In plain English. Meta's new ad engine rewards advertisers who give it more creative and more variety. The old play was a handful of ads and tight targeting. Creative is the new targeting.
- 03
The VIN problem
A typical lot carries 150 to 300 VINs. Inventory turns daily. Almost none of those cars has a vertical video. We'll do the math on what it would take to make one by hand.
- 04
The live ad look-in
We open Meta's Ad Library on screen. Your store. A competitor in your market. Then a store on VinScroll. Then the Iowa account, bad weeks included.
- 05
The drawing
Every dealer still on the call goes on the wheel. It spins on screen. Whoever it lands on gets 90 days of VinScroll, paid. Rules below.
200 cars. 20 minutes a video. 66 hours a week, forever.
Every advice thread says the same thing: make a video for every car. Nobody has the hands. Not the BDC, not the one person who also runs the website, the CRM, and the Marketplace posts. So the lot stays on photos and the feed goes to whoever has the videos.
VinScroll reads your inventory feed, builds a vertical video ad for every eligible VIN, runs them on Meta to in-market shoppers in your radius, rebuilds the ad when the price changes, and pauses it the day the unit sells. You'll see the whole thing on the call.
Anyone can see what you're running. So we will.
Meta's Ad Library is public. Type in a store and every ad it's running comes up. We'll do it live for a few stores on the call.
Your store
What you're running today. For most dealers on the call, that's a few static photos, or nothing.
A competitor in your market
The store down the road. Same shoppers, same feed.
A store on VinScroll
Dozens of live video ads. Every one a different car on their lot, with the real price.
Want your store pulled up? Put your dealership name in when you register. We pick a few before the call and we won't surprise anyone.
One dealer on the call gets 90 days of VinScroll, paid.
Every dealer still on at the end goes on the wheel. It spins on screen, everyone sees it land. We walk the winner through what onboarding takes, so everyone on the call sees how little there is to it.
- 90 days of the VinScroll subscription. Ad spend runs in your own account and is not included.
- You have to be on the call, live, when it spins.
- Dealers only. Agencies and vendors are not eligible to attend or win.
- The winner lets us publish the results as a case study, with the store's name.

Fair questions.
Is this a sales pitch?
About two minutes of it. That's the part where we walk the winner through the three steps onboarding takes. The other 18 minutes are the Andromeda change, the VIN math, and real ad accounts on screen.
Who should be on it?
Whoever owns the ad budget or runs the ads. Dealer principals, GMs, GSMs, marketing directors, and the one person at the store who does all the marketing. If that person is you, forward this to your GM and both of you register.
Will it be recorded?
Yes, and everyone who registers gets the recording. The drawing is live only. If you're not on the call, you're not on the wheel.
Is this the robot-voiceover video stuff?
No. You've seen the photo slideshow with the text-to-speech voice. Those trained shoppers to ignore dealer video. VinScroll ads are built from your own photos and your own price, with motion, and run as paid media to in-market shoppers. You'll see them next to the other kind on the call.
I'm an agency or vendor. Can I come?
No. This one is for dealers. We screen registrations and remove agencies and vendors before the call.
What do I need to prepare?
Nothing. If you want your store pulled up in the Ad Library look-in, put your dealership name in when you register.
Be the first dealer in your market to see this.
Wednesday, October 21 · 12:00 pm Central · 20 minutes. Your competitor gets the recording. You could be the one whose account we're showing next time.
Save my seat →Drawing rules
- Open to employees of franchised and independent vehicle dealerships in the United States. Advertising agencies, vendors, and their employees are not eligible to attend or win, and their registrations will be removed.
- One entry per rooftop. Multiple registrants from the same store count as one entry.
- You must be attending the live session at the time of the drawing to win. Registrants who watch the recording are not entered.
- The prize is 90 days of the VinScroll subscription for one rooftop. Advertising spend is not included and runs in the winner's own ad account. No cash value and not transferable.
- The winner is selected at random on screen during the live session. If the winner cannot be reached within seven days, or declines, a new winner is drawn from the remaining live attendees.
